Diecast car lighting!

Does any one inform whether such work is done in India?
After seeing many videos, I can conclude:
-the main light sorce used is LED
-from the source plastic fibre optic(I didnot know fibre optic can be made of plastic also,before reading a commercial site) is drilled into the needed ports.
-the work is very fine or super fine-might be done under 10X loupe.
